14-Day Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery for all unused and unopened items in their original packaging. This is in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and reason for return. A return shipping label will be provided where applicable.
Eligible for Return
- Unused, unopened items in original sealed packaging
- Items returned within 14 days of delivery
- Defective or damaged items (reported within 48 hours of receipt)
- Items received in error
Not Eligible for Return
- Opened or used items (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Items returned after 14 days from delivery
- Items damaged through misuse or improper storage
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
